Shipping Process:
Upon placing an order, customers can expect a processing time of 1 to 3 business days. This timeframe allows for order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Once the order is processed, it will be shipped using a reliable carrier, with delivery times varying based on the destination. Typically, domestic shipping can take between 3 to 7 business days, while international shipping may extend to 10 to 21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
Customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information once their order has been dispatched. This tracking number allows for real-time updates on the shipment's status, providing transparency throughout the delivery process.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. Customers may also have the option to select expedited shipping for an additional fee, which can significantly reduce delivery times.
Returns Process:
Camilla Candle Shop is committed to ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason a customer is not completely satisfied, they may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team via email or phone. Upon approval, customers will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within a specified number of days, typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on the financial institution.
In the event that a return is not approved, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
